1. Kaikkien osallistujien on annettava yhteystietonsa (nimi, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite, kotipaikka) COVID-19 lomakkeella, jotta terveysviranomaiset voivat ottaa yhteyttä kaikkiin epidemiologisen tutkimuksen yhteydessä
2. Saapuessaan kaikkien kuljettajien (huoltajan, jos kyseessä ovat alaikäiset kuljettajat) on vahvistettava kilpailutoimistossa kirjallisesti, että parhaan tietonsa mukaan heillä ja heidän tiiminsä jäsenillä ei ole tartuntaa eikä heitä ole karanteenissa tai epidemiologisesti seuranta ennen tapahtumaa
3. Rekisteröinti: yksi kuljettaja kerrallaan, kuljettajien on tuotava omat kynät ja käytettävä niitä
4. Järjestäjä voi tarkistaa kehon lämpötilan varikkoalueelle pääsyn yhteydessä
5. Kasvomaskin käyttöön on vahva suositus sisätiloissa asioidessa.
6. Pidä vähintään 1,5 metrin sosiaalinen etäisyys aina kun mahdollista
7. Pese kätesi usein saippualla ja vedellä tai alkoholipohjaisella antiseptisellä liuoksella
8. Vältä fyysistä kontaktia (myös palkintojenjakotilaisuuden aikana)
9. Vältä työkalujen ja muiden laitteiden lainaamista
10. Jos havaitset koronaoireita (kehon lämpötila normaalia korkeampi, yskä, vuotava nenä, hengenahdistus ja vastaavat), epäilet olleesi tekemisissä tartunnan saaneen henkilön kanssa: lopeta välittömästi kaikki toimet ja ole yhteydessä lääkäriin
11. Järjestäjä voi tallentaa tapahtuman ja ihmisten käyttäytymisen video- ja äänentallennuslaitteilla
12. Järjestäjä ei vastaa mahdollisessa tartunta-/altistumistilanteen aiheuttamista suorista-/epäsuorista taloudellisista menetyksistä
13. Ulkomaalaiset kuljettajat sijoitetaan omalle varikko-alueelle

COVID-19 instructions for competitions
- All participants must provide their contact details (name, telephone number, e-mail address, domicile) on form COVID-19 so that the health authorities can contact all those involved in the epidemiological inquiry.
- On arrival, all drivers (guardian in the case of minor drivers) must confirm in writing to the race office that, to the best of their knowledge, they and their team members are free from infection and are not in quarantine or epidemiological surveillance prior to the event.
- Registration: one driver at a time, drivers must bring their own pens and use them
- The organizer can check the body temperature when entering the depot area
- It is a strong recommendation to use a face mask when shopping indoors.
- Keep a social distance of at least 1.5 meters whenever possible
- Wash your hands often with soap and water or an alcohol-based antiseptic solution
- Avoid physical contact (also during the awards ceremony)
- Avoid borrowing tools and other equipment
- If you experience symptoms of COVID-19 (higher than normal body temperature, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, etc.), you suspect that you have been in contact with an infected person: stop all activities immediately and contact your doctor.
- The organizer can record the event and people’s behavior with video and audio recording devices
- The organizer is not responsible for any direct / indirect financial losses caused by a possible infection / exposure situation
- Foreign drivers are placed in their own pit area
